stealth ebay account question

on my new stealth account there is a limit of listing only ten items a month
the stealth book doesnt tell you how to deal with this and get it removed
please help

Under the selling limits section click on where it says "request higher selling limits"

What kind of things ebay wants you do to raise the limits?

I think its no chance to raise the limits by contacting ebay for stealth account.
