Can I get suspended if...

Okay so here is the situation I had an ebay and paypal linked together that gor suspended. I only verified the credit card and I NEVER put in the bank information. My question is can I make a whole new ebay account and paypal account with different information but this time link the bank account and use a new credit card?

Yes, shouldn't be a problem. If you don't mind me asking did you use your bank card? Maybe purchasing a VCC from one of the sellers here will be a better option for you when you create your new eb/pp accounts.
