more questions ???

1.After I get a new Ebay account(friend's account),can I link it to my Paypal account (Paypal w/new email ) and can I do automatic print shipping label from Ebay ?

2.I always browse ebay from my office that use T1,and the IP adress is static
is this okay or they can link this and caught me ?

1. You can't link if that Paypal account has been linked to any other eBay account in the past that is suspended now.

2. This is okay.
