Blindsided and SHUT DOWN!
 

Hey Guys,

Looking for some advise.

I had a really good thing going but ive been suspended at probably the worst time i could be.

Ive had 45 positive this month, 4 neutral, and one negative. 105 positive in 12 months 4 neutral and three negatives. They said i have a low seller rating and its just been going up. I think im at 96.8 now.

I think this crazy lady who bought some stuff a month and a half ago, just suddenly re-appeared and said she wasnt happy. She's been a nightmare since she bought the stuff (getting her to pay, now this a month .5 later), and one other real asshole who probably complained as well.

Now im outta business, hundreds of dollars of product, and no buyers. ****TY.

Ive emailed all of my previous buyers who havent left feedback to please leave 5 stars.

Ive made few mistakes, by listing prohibited stuff twice, once a no good LV purse and the other a hookah (both removed before sold), and may have had three complaints. There is a lot of positive at the same time.

Man, the amount they were making off of me listing, taking paypal, etc. you'd think they wouldn't be so quick to shut you down!?

They shut me down for low seller rating's with hardly no bad feedback and everything received. A couple listing violations and item' not as described and that's it

WTF?!

Im screwed now, what should i do?

I was shut down for much, much less. Make a stealth account and move on.

Hhaha, what were you shut down for, you think they'll even reinstate after the thirty days? This website is crazy. Ebay and paypal are ****ing crazy! All of these sellers i was looking up from way back are all shut down as well. WTF? Im not sure about this stealth thing. i dont like setting up ⊗⊗⊗⊗ accounts and selling stuff, but is that really the only option. Man o man.

I feel your pain man. But don't worry... you WILL be back selling on Ebay before you know it.

Thanks buddy! I don't want to 'stealth' though, i just want my old account back and clean up my mistakes. Bad thing is i really had to go big this month and they SHUT ME DOWN. Soo irritated.... MAN!

Here's the thing, im living in Sydney, got a bunch of product to move, but am leaving here and going back to the U.S. and Canada in exactly one month. Do you think that will be enough time to get on again and do the 50-80 listings i need to sell the stuff i have?

I have almost the same problem, they limited me to selling 5 things a month or 750.00 which ever comes first, I was done by the 4th of the month, now i have to wait and see and see how my score improves, this looks like it be a long process, I call them and get nowhere, had a few jerko buyers that did this to me and ebay can't seem to be on my side about it. Been selling for 10 years giving them lots of $$ in fees, it's just a crazy company

Do you have low DSR's?

You don't have to sell on eBay! But you know that your items are going to sell and it is easy. You have been giving them fee's and they have been giving you a platform to sell.

The biggest platform online.

Still "a crazy company" though!
