Question about MC999 Indef. Suspension
 

Hey all. Im new here.

I had a selling account for 7 years and just got suspended indef.
. I had a 99.8 feedback.

The only thing in my Seller Dashboard that I was failing was the Shipping Time which was a 2.59% and needed to be under 2.00%

I think its a bit insane that I failed one thing by .59% and thats it... no more account.

Is there any way I could get back with this account if it somehow falls under the 2% through maybe future feedback? Just wondering if I should just move on...

I wouldnt share your username even if it be that of a suspended account on an open forum like this. Please edit your listing or im sure a mod will shortly.

Yes ebay has suspended people for even lesser margins than this before they get more insane by the minute.

You could try and get re-instated however in my experience you wont have much luck with them and you even have to be lucky to get a reply from them.

Start over with fresh info for everything. Learn the stealth ways.

Buy the stealth guide where everything is set out logically and easy to read for you to get started selling on ebay again.

Thanks, I bought the stealth guide last night. Might as well just get started. I have a couple accounts already in the works. Not too worried to be honest as it seems Ebay is much easier to dupe than Amazon

i too had the same thing just happen to me. there has to be some mix up in their computer software that boots people off for the very small percentage.

i too had the same exact problem, shipping was too slow but only just a bit over their 2.00% and they booted me off now two days ago. i had 99.6 positive with over 1200 positive feedback and only 2 negtives in the past 12 monhts

ebay is quite insane and i guess no one really knows why they do what they do.

they must have some super plan in place

Welcome to the forums - also I would speak to a Live Chat Agent - sometimes you can be reinstated after a short delay of suspension - has happened to me.
