ebay supplier info help

i sell iphones on ebay and they want supplier info from a legitamate supplier, how do i get that info? i mean everything is real, what do i need to do, or does somebody know a simple way to get past this, this is what they asked

distributor for the items you sell we will be unable to remove selling
restriction from your account. If you would like to continue your eBay
business, you can provide documents showing your supplier is an
authorized distributor or you can provide documents showing you have a
different supplier that is authorized.


i told them i get my phones locally, and i repair them and resell them i sent my supplier info from which i get my parts from, but they said it is not a authorizid distributor.


i need help what can i do...

I'm sorry to say this, but unless you can give them supplier info, which in this case you can't, you are doomed, it's best to start on new accounts asap. The only other way I can think of is to get creative anyway you can, and try to bypass this somehow.
