Won't let me upload documents

Hi. My Ebay account has been suspended after my laptop was stolen and the account used to buy some items. I've been asked to prove my identity by uploading documents via the Ebay upload documents site except it doesn't work.... the first stage is to sign in, which I do, but that takes me to my account page (and the suspension notice). When I go back to the upload documents page, it still needs me to sign in. In other words, I'm stuck at stage 1 of 3 in an endless cycle. have tried various browsers but all doing the same. Has anyone got any ideas please? Cheers.

Yeah, this is a very common problem, once your account gets suspended you cannot sign in to upload documents

Two ways, either fax your documents or email them to ebay. They accept both. This info may only apply in the UK. Tried and tested
