ebay suspension MC010

I have a problem since 2 months, everything was fine before...

Everytime when I create a new ebay account, I will get the suspension notice MC010 when I try to sell something with this new account (NO high value items, just a harry potter dvd is enough!). It's possible to buy something after I submitted credit card informations, but I can't sell, it's the same everytime.

The eBay germany rules are stupid, there is no telephone verification, you have to send a fax message with drivers license or passport...:suspicious: I can not give them those documents.

How can I find the problem? Maybe it is my IP? But my boyfriend told me that our IP is changing every day. Do they blacklist my PC or why do I get this stupid MC010 message everytime? I don't use VPN or Proxy. I can try to use the PC from by boyfriend. I tried several browsers like chrome, firefox..., but no chance.

I found some threads with this suspension notice, but as explained, I can not use a telephone verification, they ask me for documents.

You have a lot of vital info to learn. I can tell though that you will understand it all and be able to apply it so that you are back on ebay in not time.

About the documents - We all have to do this at some point as well. Their are ways to do it. Thing hard. ;) :spy: ;)
