Ebay stealth for Mac 10.4.11

Recently suspended from ebay after years of power selling. I need ebay stealth but have a Mac version 10.4.11 Can I buy ebay stealth and download it to my mac computer? Can I download ebay stealth on a friends PC and still receive updates on my Mac? If I download on a friends PC can I print out ebay stealth in order too take it home and read it will I work on a Mac? Please advise I need to get back up and running ASAP. I'm losing money everyday.
