suspended over 2 years ago for negative feedback
 

my account was suspended over 2 years ago for poor feedback. My shipping times were 1-2 weeks - AND THE AUCTIONS CLEARLY STATED THAT!
BUT people STILL gave negative feedback.

All I want to do is be able to purchase items on ebay again and they wont even email me back after I call like they say they will

Ive sent emails, called, and no response!!!!!

Open a new e bay buyer account and you will be fine. :thumb:

e Bay put all the heat on sellers accounts.

If it is 2 years ago, have any of your personal details change since you got suspended? Address, phone number etc etc

You need to start new because even if you got that account back all the auctions are deleted after 90 days - so there would be no option to have them removed and it would still put buyers off.

You say:

What were you selling man? EBayers don't like waiting weeks to get their goods and often don't read shipping time...they get caught up in auction heat and think they'll have their goods within a few days. Then they may go back and realise that you said 2 weeks...but they're still mad.

So what do you sell? If cash flow isn't a problem then maybe you should invest in buying the stuff first and having it delivered to you before you sell. Then you can ship within a day or so. Otherwise you're going to have the same problem.

It's like blaming the blind sea captain for sinking your boat and then employing him on your new one :)
