Ebay suspension - linked account
 

I have had a business account set up for over a year and had reached 50 positive feedback, then in December it was suspended because it stated it was linked to suspended accounts. Ebay informed me of what accounts it was connected to and I informed them I had no idea who it was unless it was a former employee. They then told me that until the other accounts were resolved my account would stay suspended. I called in several times asking how to resolve this and was constantly told unless I took care of the other accounts that it would not be lifted. So after a couple of months I filed a complaint with the BBB and the office of the president got involved and informed me that I would just need to send in my drivers license and a copy of my bank statement and I would hear something back on the status of the appeal within 3 business days. Today being the 10th business day I contacted ebay back and was informed my case was reviewed yesterday, I was never notified, and that the documents sent in were not a valid way to appeal the issue of linked accounts because information they had address, phone number, etc was concrete and that there was really no way to prove that the other accounts were not linked. Has anyone else gotten this BS from ebay before themselves because how can u appeal something when they will not tell you what is needed to prove their system wrong.
