Has Anyone Been Turned In By A Former Customer?
 

i am a little worried right now. i screwed up and it is my fault. my real name was the name of my DBA on my shopping cart page for my merchant account. i didn't realize that the customers would be seeing this.

i had a guy buy a couple of things then he tells me that he had $40 credit with me. i recognized his user id from one of my old NARUd accounts. i explained to him why i didn't ship his products to him, and told him i would get them off to him asap, and i did and supplied a tracking number, and we are okay, but now he sends me an email saying something about him trying to let ebay know everything is okay between him and myself now. so i would assumt that he reported me as being the same person as the NARUd account.

has anyone been suspended again after one customer turns you in? i don't know how ebay would be able to prove that it is me, but then again i know they do a lot of things without any real poof. i don't use paypal, and all of my listinsga re totally different.

basically what i'm asking is, am i screwed?

Create another eBay account, go trhough steps buyer would go.. See how it looks..



I woudlnt' worry about it for now.. What ever happens will happen.. Nothing has as much chance happening as you getting suspended again.

I dont think so simply because i dont think they actually follow up. I mean ebay probably wont even read the email, will just go uh huh ok thank you. And move on. We all know ebay and paypal dont actually read emails.

i don't know the guy said he's trying to get ebay out of the loop right now. so i think they are asking him questions about me, and i think he supplied them with the info before he contacted me and i squared things away with him.

I've had this happen, even had the guy mention 3 ebay ids in his neg feedback...
--My guy got shipped asap, but then he was trying a blackmail..
BUT, my items are somewhat one of a kind,,hardly no one else sells them..

ebayhateluv, did ebay take his word for it, and check your account out? did they shut your account down?
