Got MC021 FPA Suspension, PLEASE HELP!!!
 

I got MC021 FPA notice right after i listed 3 items.I don't understand!!!:doh:

This is a stealth, one eb ay to one p p.but i added this p p to my ioffer selling **** items, i don't have many sales from ioffer. i don't sell the same thing on eb ay though.

i listed 3 items via Auctiva, then logged into ebay to revise them, as i wanted to add some paid features. after i finished all these, within 20 min, i got MC021 and all my active listings got canceled.---maybe this is suspicious?

i got a MC019 back in the beginning of March, one of the buyer got ebay email that the listing was canceled, so he left me negative feedback without paying the item. i contacted him and he apologized and seemed willing to revise it for me. so i submitted a feedback revision,but up till now no news from him.

the neg feedback did have really big affect on my recent sales, i barely sold anything in the past 2 or 3 weeks. so i tried to list more but with lower prices in order to attract more buyers and earn some feedback.

just wondering whether i still have the chance to get reinstated? or this account is gone forever?

this suspension is way too generic, no clear reason or detail why it is suspended. please help me!!!

im selling underwear dropshipped from china, im not paying the vendor out of this p p account.

this account is over 1yr old. i think i started selling after the acc was over 6months old. i don't use it a lot

my feedback is low, only around 30, % is low, one neg from last year and one neg from the guy who didn't pay me due to the MC019 back in March.

i waited over 30days to list after my last MC019 hit.

i just logged into eb ay, there is no live chat option, i just emailed them to play dumb and as a newbie. maybe i should call them up?

MC019 hit? What did you do for that?

Underwear of itself is not likely to cause problems - but i don't know much about it - is it designer lines?

FPA notices and MC019, there is usually some trademark infringement happening there...

has some eerieness to it so I am waiting for OP to come back with follow-up post.

i used to sell some software keys on this account. then stopped for a long time. went back to sell underwear with brand name.

my last MC019 in March was reported by community, not the trademark owner.

Either way, it is quite clear that whatever you are selling is not well liked by a handful of people and will get your account shut down, but good luck.
