MC049 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay India
 

Hello,

I and my friends just got this message "MC049 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing eBay " today and we dont know why?
We are thinking that we have used same system for creating accounts in ebay. And we have able to do purchases so far till today but now we got this suspension and my friend got some money left with ebay on refund process. So, now he is asking me will I get that refund which has been initiated?

Could somebody provide me any information about this consequences on refund money?
and why they suspended now after a 15 days and some purchases they have suspended us now. Is there anyting else?

Yes you got suspended because ebay is omnipotent (at least in their eyes) and can do whatever they like. You lose all fees accumlated because ebay CAN do thay. With ebay just figure if ebay CAN do something to hurt you they will.
