can i get reinstarted 18 months after suspension?
 

im suspended cause unpaid item strikes. only i could not solve strikes filled out after i got suspended, its because i changed my email address few days before suspension and i did not update my email address at ebay, so that i could not paying for the items and i had no way to contact sellers through personal email and also sellers though i had ignored their payment request.So actually they dont respond my emails asking for excurses. Im wandering if i can get reinstarted once 18 months is over and then disputes will dissapearing from dispute console. thanks for helping

what you means with "EBAY may demand that you make good on those old transactions" ? i did contact sellers but i got no response and ebay told me that only i can reistarted if seller can excuse me for non payment. theres another way i can to reistarting? really its only a problem with me as a bidder altought that as a seller i lost my store with more than 600 listed items. and i got alot prejudice with suspensions like having to make paypal refund for non receipt merchandise even with item been shipped. and also that most seller did not send me merchandise once i got non registered user status. Really ebay ruined my bussiness.
