MC019 Victory!!!
 

I got a MC019 on my one of my stealths for being new and having a bad description of my item. I was ticked as my account is 3 months old with PERFECT ratings. All my items are shipped same day and I have not had one customer not leave feedback. As for my description, it was perfect. Color size condition shipping terms. Everything. I was fed up and not about to let this great stealth have a ding.

So I fought. Chatted with an online agent and had her look at my description, pictures, and selling history.

She agreed that the item should have never been removed and removed my violation!

I was so scared that I would be put on there radar but I there is nothing more I could have done to make the listing perfect and wanted them to know it.
Now I'm gonna lay low for awhile on that account.

it happened many times that the chat representatives solve the problems in the way we wish and then after a few hours/days we get hit by a super executive which will tell you that she was mistaken and not to ask customer agents for things like this from now on.

If you find that your account gets again in this trouble within a few days or after your next listing then this is a sure message that whatever a chat rep. will do for you, it will just be a joke!

We need a rep. that we can just pay off for favors. I'd kill for that.

But yeah, keep putting the phone down and phoning them back until you come across someone who sounds simple :lol:

Believe me, if the opportunity came to have a friend there, I would not hesitate. Some day, I will find this person.

^^ Thing is their are many different departments at eBay, and they all take chunks out of your account :D

We would need a lot of friends, from eBay through to PayPal, so far I have not made any there :lol:

I'd like to start with a Trust & Safety rep. from eB ay and an Account Specialist from Pa yP al. Those two departments cover a majority of issues and would be the best start. Problem is, you need to be in the locations where they actually have offices so you can make acquaintances and I am far from it.

It could be done. Just gotta talk dollar signs when the time is right. For now, just gotta focus on s t e a l t h and increasing bank flow until I can make the move to California here in USA.

It would be awesome and it would make you feel untouchable, let me know if you ever manage to get some people on the inside :spy:. That would be ultimate stealth :D

I just like to think far into the future and what is possible when things are lined up properly and goals are achieved. Most people are just living for today. I've just put so much effort and money into eB ay and Pa yP al. If the move was ever pulled off, I wouldn't be greedy about it. But, I'd basically keep a tight circle of contacts who have sizable cash flow and serious about business with much, much eB ay and PP experience.
