changing info on existing real account

Not sure if this question fits in here.

I want to know if I take over my Dads 2002 account and change most of the info, address, phone, VCC, bank, etc if it would get flagged or suspended?

One word: don't - too risky - so many risky flags.

Well if you have nothing to lose then try it and let us know how you get on.

It may get flagged and require certain verification. Suspended, unlikely unless info is linked to a suspended account.

So does it have a PayPal attached or is it just an eBay account? Also, what is the account like, is it actually worth bringing back from the dead?
