Ebay account Suspened, anyway to reinstate?

However, We've checked our records and noticed that your account was
suspended due to violations of our Seller Non-Performance policy.
Specifically, you have generated an unacceptable level of buyer
dissatisfaction in your transactions. Regrettably, this is a permanent
suspension.

Please understand that our top priority is to ensure that eBay remains a
safe and reputable place to buy and sell. We don't allow members to
continue selling on eBay if they repeatedly fail to fulfill their
obligations to their buyers.

Although we will read any future appeals you send, we may not respond
to your inquiries.

Speak to eb ay live chat and try and see what can be done. A few negatives, I have worked through it via chat and reinstatement in few weeks - but if many...well all the best - will be rough.

thanks man, i will see what i can do, it was MC189 or sumthing.. i didnt have much negatives, just a few and they told me im suspended forever...

You have to know WHY before you ask to be reinstated. Then work out what you are doing incorrectly to make sure it does not happen again.

'sumthing' does not count for ebay. :pop2:
