Is there a number you can ring re: suspended accounts
 

Although I have moved on... my 12 year old , 5000+ account that was suspended back in january still pisses me off.

I have written to EB several times trying to get a reply is useless..

I HONESTLY do have a valid case (yeah, I know every one in jail is innocent too) - but I can't get a reply from anyone.

Whenever I ring, I always get some clown in Indonesia that I can't understand and they respond with pre-approved speech and the 'we can't do anything' you need to contact trust&SAFETY which of course you cannot - except through ebay system - which they don't reply too.

I only ask, because over the many, many years of being on EB, I have called them up for various things and occasionally you get someone intelligent that speaks english and can help you and does so on the spot

I would really like my account back and reckon that if I could just speak to someone, I could make progress. Does anyone have an idea here?

For the record, I was suspended for what they called 'misuse of the resolution centre' - in effect, I had a $600 dollar purchase go missing. It was never delivered and tracking never confirmed it to my country, let alone to my address. I followed PP protocol, filed a complaint, then a claim after another month and they canned me for it. To this day, no goods have ever shown up.

You can always try but I would not keep my hopes super high up.

I have tried to appeal and reinstate accounts but never got anywhere.

Best advice. Learn stealth.
