few questions about selling
 

I have my ebay acc suspended. I have another ebay account registered on another name/address. I want start selling a little, all start from scratch. To become a seller, ebay requires to 'verify my identity' via providing my credit card information, and providing them my checking account information. (plus, after January 17, 2007 we need "Offer PayPal or a Merchant Account Credit Card as a payment method").

I can no provide them my real credit card info, from other side, I can no get anonymous gift card. I have no US checking account. Is there a way to pass identity verification and start selling? Or it possible start selling after getting feedback score 10?(without identity verification)
For checking account info: will they verify checking account info, or its possible give them fictitious checking account number?

I have read Aspkin final eBay suspension guide. At the end of that thread, Modee specified, that "that using PayPal AT ALL, in any manner, MAY result in linking and shut down of your EBAY account."(10-08-2007). In another (more recent) thread, from 03-02-2008, Modee say, that "However, once you get set up, you can then use your old PayPal account to pay for items you win, as long as you pay NOT through EBAY checkout, but directly from PayPal to the PP email address of the seller." So, can we still use Paypal (with new email address, however), or we need completely avoid it? Unfortunately, sometimes Paypal is the only way to receive payments.

Does it make sence open new Paypal acct with same name(real), but with different c.card number? For non-US Paypal accounts it possible withdraw funds to credit/debit cards, if US bank account is not available.
Also, it is not possible to have identical information on ebay and paypal accounts (it some cases it always will be different).

you can use paypal, as long as you made it alongside your new identity and not use it with a suspended account.

and you can get a gift card visa without chequing... i pay for mine in cash.

Lightbreeze, there are forum users from different countries and if you feel like
adding the flag of your country, you will then get specific info. eg, two specific
ebay UK & paypal UK subforums exist. So there are plenty of answers out there.

To verify identity (US ebay account), ebay requires provide a credit/debit card info only or they need checking account information also? from they description: "In some cases, you'll also need to provide your checking account information." In which cases? I heard also if enter ⊗⊗⊗⊗ checking info, they ask for those 2 mini deposits that I have to tell them.. without them its useless.

do we need use same email address for ebay and paypal accounts ot this does not matter?
