Indefiate Ban ?

Hi to everyone here.

I listed 13 items on ebay and the day later got a notice saying they have removed 10 of them and gave the item numbers and they said I have had my account restricted for a week and not to add anymore items to my selling. They told me not to list anymore items like this but they had left 3 on, two days later BANG your account is suspended indefinitely. for listing more items of this type after we warmed me. I never listed anymore after they tld me they left them on so I thought they was ok. Is this right and do you think there would be any chance of getting the ban removed ?

i dont know. I got one of those - most confusing. Indefinate is not the same as permanent but it could mean forever so....

Welcome to the forums.

How old is the account? How much feedback? "Whatcha sellinz"? Have you spoken to live chat about possibility for reinstatement?

Lot of info missing to even BEGIN to comment. All the best.

Have you spoken to live chat about possibility for reinstatement? HOW DO YOU SPEAK TO THEM.

Thanks

Best way to speak to them is click Customer Support -> Seller -> Select Technical Site Issues -> two boxes will pop for phone call or live chat -> choose live chat.

Ah pandora beads could be high risk but worth a chat.

philipcooper 06-02-2011 12:49 PM

Spoke to them on chat and they have told me to get my account reinstated to contact the rights owner Pandora and if they get in touch with them to tell them to reinstate they will. Is this wise ?

Imakemoney 06-02-2011 02:05 PM

if your selling genuine products then its worth contacting them yeah.

However some brands (VeRo) just dont like you selling their products on ebay end of story.

ShadyOne 06-02-2011 08:13 PM

Pandora is just like the majority of other luxury goods, heavily controlled by their verified rights owners.

High risk, heavy attention.

philipcooper 06-03-2011 04:30 AM

Can anything come of Pandora for putting their item on Ebay ?

GrannyT 06-03-2011 04:54 AM

Not if it's real and belongs to you

GreenBean 06-03-2011 05:00 AM

ah, that's a different ballgame.

It depends on the listing. Listing one previously owned Pandora bracelet with 97 charm beads may fly. But listing 97 Pandora loose beads may be trouble.

Should it be that latter listing, then there is a chance of suspension & associated restrictions. Pandora itself may not zap the seller. But there are competitors who will create trouble.

Boils down to age of account, manner of listing & the will of the Bead g-ds. :pop2:

Pandora box more like it.
