Higher beginning selling limit on Paypal linked accounts

Is there a higher beginning selling limit on Paypal linked ebay accounts? I have so many new accounts I can not keep track, but on one of them I was able to list 60 items right away instead of the usual 10.
Only thing i can think of is it was paypal linked.

Lot of different stuff factors into the mix. You may have identified one of them but we have ongoing discussions in the subscriber's part and other parts that are not open to the general public =)
