A question about the new ebay account
 

Cuz I still have some paypal balance and unfinished transaction in my old paypal account..
If i renewed my ip and added a new user in my computer for my brand new ebay account, can ebay still ban me if I logo into my old paypal account under my old user.
For example:
Now I have renewed my ip, and 2 computer users in my computer which is A(old one), B(Brand New for my ebay account).
If I logo into my computer as a user A(old one) and use my old paypal account which links to my suspended ebay account, then logo off and switch to my user B(Brand New for my ebay account), will that be detected by ebay ?

If you are using the same IP yes and also make sure you clean all old cookies and flash cookies. I would go to the library use their machines so there is no linking. The account is already limited so no worries using it from their computers.
