Please help me quickly
 

Hello,
I bought some headphones from alibaba. I had no idea they were ####. I sold 2 pairs. I gave a refund to the person that asked, the same person who reported this. I got suspended from ebay, and my paypal is limited for 180 days and after that I will get my funds. I had no idea these were ####. I am so scared now. I read the paypal policy and I am freaking out. This took place three days ago. PLEASE give me some insight as to what happens next. I have never been through anything like this.

Just consider it a lesson learned and move on.

Get the Stealth Book to create new accounts (eBay and PayPal), and start selling legitimate items.

Nothing should happen next, apart from the other buyer possibly wanting a refund as well, unless you already have done this.

Your PayPal account has been closed and given the 180 day. You can wait this time period and withdraw your funds.

eBay and PayPal DO NOT care that you did not know these were fa ke, so do not even follow that up with them. It is not worth it.

Hi. Dont worry. The most that will happen has already.... you got kicked off eb.

You have not done anything 'super duper' for eb to report it further.

Policys are there so companies get to cover their arz'iz.
As far as eb concerned, they done what they needed to to stay within la w.

how did you not know that these were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items when purchasing them from alibaba?? You had to buy in bulk so I am assuming you did some sort of research since you were sending so much money right?

I dont think you learned anything from that since I am sure you where completely aware of what you were doing. most people do and think they are going to be rolling in the money. I hope you learn from the book though.

If you were indeed duped into buying ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items then I would just not sell on ebay ever since that will surely happen again with things that arent so obviously ⊗⊗⊗⊗. good luck

Also golden rule: Seller must know his/her product - while I understand your viewpoint, there is not much excuse.
