i got a few negative feedbacks and ebay has suspended my account and they are asking for supplier info but my supplier is locally so how would i even provide hard proof and what if i left the account what would happen?

If you left the account, it's pretty much over. Hard proof would be in the form of receipts or invoices - get creative if needbe.

do you get into trouble if u make invoices because i have nothing on paper so what can i do

eBay wants this information so they can setup their own seller accounts and compete with you to put you out of business. I learned this lesson back in 2008 when I was making 40k per year selling on ebay then got pushed out.
