What did you do to have your account reinstated?
 

Hello everyone, my original ebay account was suspended over a bull**** VERO violation, and when I say bull**** I really mean it, the item was officially licensed but got me suspended anyway. To make a long story short my account was reinstated only to have a new account I opened, to start fresh, suspended a few months later for a similiar incident.

What I am asking is there must be some way I can make ebay understand the situation, I don't sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items, I always ship in a timely manner and I work well with my buyers. I won't lie and say my feedback was perfect but it wasn't an issue, it was very respectable, always over 99% positive.

Has anyone had any luck writing and calling ebay having your account suspension lifted? It seems as if all I get is an garbage response, like the person didn't even bother to read the email and just quotes policy!

Is there anything I can do or say?

Hallo Francis. Welcome to the 'we know how it feels to have accounts go down for vero' forum.
Regarding anything to say about getting your accounts back up, a dozen cuss words will make you feel better. At this point you are dealing with the first low
level employees of ebay. You will not get far.
To be straight, read the threads about vero and more threads about what occurs. It is too early to give you any answer that will work. Good Luck.

yeah basically you have to do a ton of reading on here. but don't expect to ever receive any sympathy from enyone at ebay. they don't care and they do not want to have any communication with their sellers any way. you will not get any answeres from them. you will get many more answers on this forum.

Had big fb, PS accts, didnt matter, I took my case all the way to Meg Whitman, who i shook hands with and chatted with at least 4 times at Ebay live conventions. Last year, she knew me by face and name.. didnt matter..
