Do i repost my item? Just got MC999
 

so lately ive been selling under the table ;)

but today looks like ebay found me and hit me with this:
MC999 eBay Listing Removed: Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Item
This is from ebay NOT VERO so that means that ebay knows am up to no good
haha this is a 2month old account aswell. I dont want to lose this account
do you think that if i repost with new details(same item) ebay will flag is again.
I belive they are watching my account now. What do i do?

Ah this just happened to me too... What happened to MC019?? Its MC999 now?

You'll probably want to wait a bit to repost if you don't want to lose the account or if you can call/find the chat box try to talk your way out of it.

Relist it and you will lose the account. You need to wait until your account compliance is back to high. Time for new accounts me thinks

What do you think, don't relist, do leave the account for some time whit selling low risk items. New accounts for back up always as well.

You can try to call and make everything clearer. It should help.

Do NOT call them - unless your account will stand a hard looking at. Your account is in a very fragile state at this moment. Step back, think about what you are doing and get with the programme.

This account can still be saved but probably needs to be put in the freezer and left until your compliance is back to high.

Please do not do anything stupid. And get the guide before you do anything else!!

You are right - if everything is solid I would agree with you but we cannot presume that everything is solid with the OPs account. By calling you could precipitate the complete suspension whereas by letting it cool you can save the account

Not recommended.... They will catch you eventually.... Although I did it 71 more times after wards before they did. mauhahahaha
