Ok my account got indefinately suspended 3 days ago. I'm currently waiting for my appeal answer. but my question is?

If i open a new bank account, paypal, & ebay in my moms name; can i still use the same address as my suspended account without getting caught?

Danger is LINKING. ebay does not like that at all nor does paypal.

You've a lot more reading to do B4 you consider making a new account.

What was your suspension notice? Preferable to have that info so the advice covers most angles.

The best advice I can offer is in order to successfully have a stealth account without being linked is to be a whole new completely unrelated and different person. Enough thought can provide all the answers or the eBay guide has them all written out for you. Good luck in your future endeavors!

The simple answer to that will be NO , your moms name is fine, but use a diff.. address / phone / bank / Ip / user account / Clear cookies /..... wow....that was alot.

Yeah I've Been Reading All Day about making a stealth account. but said customer complaints but my feedback was 70 at 99% with 52 positives this month and 2 neg. I called and they really couldn't give me an answer. the e-mail i received said suspended indefinately withou reinstatement or something like that

While using a family member info is not really the best move, it can be done but everything has to be different - address, phone, IP, etc. This you will understand after reading about stealth. All the best.
