getting back on ebay? please help
 

i noticed that when you add a credit card ebay it says-

" Enter the address where you receive billing statements for this card. In order to confirm your bank card number, the billing address must be the one displayed on your statements."

can i use a simons card for this and do i use my real information?

also can i use the same for paypal? and if i add a bank account to paypal can the bank account have my real information, name, address, phone, SSN etc..?

paypal cannot see your bank info, just the routing number and account number.

use the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address for the virtual simon card that you have listed on ebay.

Another thing:


I simply used one of my other credit cards which I never used on eBay. Yes, real info had to be entered. Could also use mom's card. Obviously name and address of that card was different from the one I used to register. Thus I don't think they are checking that info against with what you registered, only if it the card is legitimate.

is it best to pay my ebay fees threw paypal with my bank account so i dont have to keep purchasing a new giftcard?

and is a simon gift account the same as a simon gift card?
