Wish me luck guys...
 

Ok so exactly 1 year ago I was suspended from eBay for a few negative feedbacks (selling a un-authentic product). I highly regret doing it.

Anyway I sent eBay an appeal today after 1 whole year to have my account reinstated.

I don't like my chances but I just thought I may as well give it a shot anyway, I've got nothing to lose. I am really hoping they are actually understanding and nice people and give me a second chance at eBay!

Has anybody else had their account reinstated after long periods of time?

Well they declined my appeal. They weren't very blunt as they normally are though, were quite nice about it and sent quite a long email. They told me the 2 things I did wrong (questioning about authenticity of item AND creating new ebay accounts).
I replied to this email explaining in greater depth why I did these 2 things.
Will keep you guys updated, however they will probably just deny my appeal again.

Paybay are not organizations that can be reasoned with. You have to keep bashing at them until something sticks. Eventually you will find a system that works for you. Unless you have a real solid account, it is quicker and easier to just move on to stealth.
