Any idea what I did or if there is any way to fix it?

restricted.

are no longer allowed to list items on eBay due to recent account
activity that has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this
precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity
doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.

The following concerns on your account led to this restriction:

Photoshop C S5 Extended Software for Windows
- Policy Jun 2011 Trademark violation - - New Adobe
Photoshop C S5 Extended Software for Mac OS
- Several reports from the community questioning the authenticity of
items listed

Your account will remain open to make purchases on the site and you can
continue to use your account to finalize your sales and speak to your
customers. However, you will no longer have access to sell on eBay.
This includes using another existing account or registering a new
account to sell on eBay.

Well, you could probably appeal it, but eBay probably won't accept the appeal. eBay and Amazon really don't like it when people sell any software unless you can prove that each and every copy is legitimate. In most cases, it is a death sentence for your selling privileges to do so.

That's why - pretty blatant ha. If you have invoices, submit but otherwise...account is pretty much dead. All the best.

CS5 is out of control right now. Program is $2,500 and how much were you selling it for?

There's your answer.

You could make up some fa*ke invoices for your legitimate software.

Invoice won't mean sh*t when you sell a product for 10% or less of what it cost at retail.

That's what EB and PP are looking for and they know you can't provide it so you're done.

At first I thought everyone on this site had fallen foul of eB and PP unfairly, but it's more and more apparent that there are a LOT of people on here who think nothing of selling counterfeit items. You're ruining eBay for the rest of us! :doh:

It's why we have the problems we do Ensignia - it's just the way it is:mad2:

IT doesnt even matter if you find invoices becuase unless you are an authorized distributor of that software you will keep getting flagged and suspended.

Start over and dump all that BS software so you dont get into more trouble.

Software is like PS3 gaming stuff. You cannot sell it for simply what you want. there is Programs in place to keep it at a specific price point and you have to abide by it or else risk legal action. If you have it cheap then its (foo foo as granny says).
