 MC999 questions
Hello all, naturally I am new to the forum and hopefully I can contribute in some way here!
I recently got a MC999 violation for firearms and knives. I am at the point now that I will receive an instant low policy compliance in that category when I violate it.
Question 1 - how much does a low compliance effect best match results
Question 2 - how can a MC999 reprieve be given.

I have received a reprieve in the past, by contacting a guy in the ebay chat who was willing to help me. He removed my violation completely and it was gone.
Alright, well I got another one yesterday, and after contacting 4 different people, nobody was willing to help. ?
Question 3 - For a Copyright violation(unauthorized item) Will this result in 7 day selling restriction if your compliance is medium or above.
Question 4 - For diamond power-sellers (I think they are called), will the customer service give you special treatment for overcoming these violations?
