Any legit way to use a purchased account? - Of course!

Assuming I can find someone who has a legit ebay account that hasn't been phished or obtained in any fraudlent way, say for example I convince a close friend to give me his ebay account.

Assuming this what I do I need to know about using this account so I don't get banned.

I own a car dealership and I just started selling on ebay but I don't want to wait years before I have a lot of legit feedback (and we all know most buyers only look at the first 25 feedbacks!). So I'm thinking about either asking my mom to let me use her account (she only buys with it!) or possibly purchasing one from a friend or someone else if I can get a legit account.

Is it possible to start selling on this account? I was thinking about leaving the name the same but then I'd have problem accepting paypal right?

If I left the name the same, but changed the address, I would probably be just fine right? Is there any legit way to get a paypal account? Maybe I could leave my moms name under her paypal account but just add my businesses bank account to the paypal account?

I know some of you guys in here are experts and I would REALLY appreciate some guidance from you, it'd be worth a great deal to me.

P.S. I have my own personal ebay account from '01 with over 3000 feedbacks as well so I'm not just some newbie trying to get something for nothing.

Well if it hasn't been used in a long time, and you start selling vero items or branded names, Diesel jeans for example, then it's likely to get flagged.

If you build back up a new ebay account, by selling household items, and gradually increasing yours sales, then it should be okay. If I were you, I'd setup a new paypal account.

I'm not using my personal account that has over 3000 feedbacks because I'm still using it to sell designer apparel so I want to separate the two businesses.

I would say this would be your best bet, how old is your moms account?

I would just turn it into a sellers account if its old enough, and if you can provide PP w/ your moms info (mostly SS#) then you should be able to this without alot of problems..

Make sure understand about IP's, cookies, and linking..you don't want to get them linked..
