So I asked LiveHelp about the section 9 I hear people always get (I don't know if it's common style) for suspension. They said it is the "privacy" agreement and the most common reason is false contact info.

What do you think a section 9 means? Abusing eBay? That does make sense, false information leading to a suspension. A ⊗⊗⊗⊗ street address, phone number seems to be it. That's why it's important to use a real address but not your own; a phone number that's a different story. I'm sure a lot of people don't give their real phone number for fear of being spammed by marketers. But it does make sense for the address. Maybe that's why eBay ask to link to your Paypal account to try to fix the problem with false information. Start a thread and see what people say about it. Good find Jonas.
