MC049+MC000, new account on AU. pls give a hand

those days i have 5 account restrict because of mc049+mc000, the information as below

can i know whats happen, and how avoid, i bough ebay stealth days be4, but still not very clear for it,there are 3 questions here:
1, MC049 happened by my list are vero,or what?
2, if vero, my prevois account have not this problem, why?
3, my prevoius list have mc019 remove, and those days i always copy the prevoius list from another account and pasty to new account's list without change, does ebay will remenber the remove list and compare when pre-list? can i change another country's account to resolve it? btw, i sell sports t-shirt.

You don't need the ebook. The answer is easy to follow.

You sell vero, you go down. End of story.

yes, sir, u r right, i sell vero, but in thir forum, not only me sell vero, right? and at least, my vero never complain by buyer, only by copyright owner. and here i just need to confirm it, because last month i can list it and just got mc019, but from this week, i upload one, suspend one account. i need to know what wrong with my list.
and to munrznnw, thanks for your advise, i get suggestion from stealth,i think i will change the decrption not the same, and different title also, and list date blah, just want to know, does same descrption will make link? and another question is how different with the previous list can call different. thanks a lot!
