Ebay Suspension
 

Hello,

I received an email last week from ebay stating that my account got suspended due to violation of Ebay Policy. After 3 phone calls, a week later a finally received an email back from ebay trust and safety stating that it was suspended due to the item that was removed by Ebay about 3 month ago.

yes i did have an item (which was purchased on Ebay- Adobe Software) removed by Ebay, however i have note re listed it once it got removed.

I guess my questions is why would the suspend my account for something that happened 3 month ago. When they removed the item, the email clearly stated that if i relist this item again, my account my get suspended.

I contacted customer support, but they claim that i had too many counterfeited items selling on ebay and this was the reason for the suspension.

For someone who never had any issues with the buyers, and always get a positive feedback, i found it absurd. Is there anyone who can plea my case?
they will not even let me buy on Ebay claiming that account has been indefinably suspended.

they also closed accounts of three of my friends who have nothing to do with my account, other than i may have used their computer to log into my account. I feel terrible that they have to be responsible for my account.

Please help.
