New paypal & new account, same name, can link to ebay??

I got suspended account and trying to get back on eBay.
I registered new eBay id and still not start selling anything. I registered it wth new ip ect. So far so good. Its been almost a week.

Can I link to my new paypal (new email, new bank account, different address, but still has same name)??

Name isn't a big deal, I use my real name alot a pretty common name, or a variation..

I was under the impression using real name on pp is a no-no.

Created new accounts myself & used fictitious names (that match) for Ebay & pp.

Only use a paypal account in your real name if it fully stands alone from ebay.

Where you have ebay & must use paypal then it better for the names to
match.

What i mean, my previous suspended account is using real name. Now I created new id ebay with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name + i want to link with new paypal with real name (because got verified to new bank account with real name) .
is that alright?

Its recommended that the name and other info on eb/pp match..
