Questions about DBA,FEIN & skype
 

This is really a good outline on how to get back to ebay and paypal. I still need some clarification on a couple of issues.

I've read online and other places that it's okay to use a PO Box address to register in ebay. I am planning on using a DBA. Would this raise a red flag? I know I can use UPS rental mailbox but USPS is much cheaper in my area. Is it worth more money to get an actual address from UPS?

My second question is: I read it somewhere that skype is owned by ebay. Would ebay link me to my new account because I use skype?

DBA with FEIN
 

My ebay account and paypal got suspended/limited recently. I am planning on getting a DBA setup before I get back on to ebay (of course I've already done all the clean up on my computer). I read someone where that if ebay is calling to get the SSN of the owner of the DBA for verification, it may cause another account being suspended if I either provide the information or not.

So my question is: would getting a FEIN for my DBA work? When ebay calls for verification, could I just provide the FEIN? Would they still link it to me, the suspended account owner?
