MC021 eBay registartion suspension - newbie please help me out
 

Hello everyone,

I'm as new as it gets to this forum and a little less newbie to eBay (been surfing at eBay since 2007).

I started selling at ebay like 2 months ago and like 1-2 listings a week of a product I bought at some chinese dropshipping service.

but now I recieved this email from eBay saying my account is suspended.

what should I do?
I got $200+ on my paypal acc what to do with that?
this acc is my only one with all of my real details should I worry for some reason? I dont want to get in trouble.

Drop shipping is the worst idea ever. Get rid of the money in your paypal, and go stealth will all new information. Literally everything new. This is a very vague question, so search the forums

I cannot understand why there would be a problem dropshipping from China - can you?

Nothing to worry about really - they don't like what you are doing so they have shut you down - feedback? - DSRs? - you tell us

I got no clue about my DRS but I got 2 negetive feedbacks in the last two weeks saying my product is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
I searched this forums abit about my product (monster beats) and it says there are planty of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and to not trade this product cause its risky.
now my main original account is blocked I guess for life time.

can they take my money from pp?

how can I open new eb acc just for buying? I don't want to sell anymore I had enough of that for a while.

I'm buying alot of products from eb and in one month I'm going to travel for 5 straight months and I need some stuff from eb.
another thing is when i'll come back I'm going to buy the stealth guide it sounds awesome.

If you are just going back to this product I wouldn't bother opening new accounts because they will not last

You really should leave Ebay alone until you can get the guide - to put it bluntly - you haven't got the faintest idea of what you are doing and you are just wasting your time and money

but as I said I have no intention on selling soon I had a bad experience all I wanna do is buy for now until I get eBay Stealth and then get back to selling (maybe :) )

is it possible for me to open new acc?
will eb touch the money I got on pp?

first thing is slow down and breathe a little. second buy the stealth book when you get back and read, read, read! I think we all make mistakes with eb ay, but the trick is to learn from them mistakes and keep moving.

another thing I would like to know about the stealth guide is would it help also people outside of the states?
cause from what I understand it talks about bank accounts and such things which are not the same in Israel to the U.S for example.

Of course. But, definitely do not expect every applicable bank in every country in the entire world to actually be listed. C'mon now, think about what you are asking...

No, because of what you were selling. They won't remove anything until they see a legit invoice, which you cannot provide.

I am not sure about Israel PP, but it is 180 days from the day you were suspended to be able to get the money out in USA. You will need to find this out for your country.

yeah its 180 days aswell but I'll get the money in the end right?
could I use this pp acc later on with stealth eb acc or is it gone?

You can never again use a pp account that is limited and denied appeal, etc. It's over - sadly =(

I bought the eb stealth book and I got quastions about the info I'm suppose to register with the new acc but I wonder to which forum is suits best to ask at?

You're buying them for unrealistically low prices from China, what made you think they are genuine to begin with?

Counterfeits lead to eventual suspension, limits, and eBay/PP clamping down on all of us. Bottom line, unless your customer knows EXACTLY what you're selling and has no problem with it, STOP SELLING ⊗⊗⊗⊗. And that's for craigslist, not eBay and PP. Keep ⊗⊗⊗⊗ off eBay, we have enough problems as it is.

as I said earlier I did some mistakes thats true and I got no intention to keep on selling things on eb for now just want to have a legit buying acc so I bought the stealth guide and I got some quastions about it and how to open a new eb member acc, where should I ask those quastions?

First of all just relax. You are not going to get in any trouble or anything like that. YOu are a small fish to them. You obviously never bought the book and just decied to sell on ebay without taking the time to understand what you were realing dealing with.

You F*ucked up and you just need to take a loss on this one. You can't expext to get that money back. Buy the book, read it, read some forum post and then begin to sell.

It seems that you are very impatient and jumpy, I am not eve sure if this game is for you.

This takes patience, persistance and planning.

Also, if you are going to sell stuff from china... just say that it is coming from china via ems... that way there are no surprises and dre beats are DEAD! You may as well sell ugg boots or golf clubs.
