Is it worth appealing and trying to explain something? Anyone had any success?

you can waste your time hoping they reinstate it, and even if they do your account will remain hot for years. one small mistake can terminate your account forever. with that being said, just go stealth and start off fresh.

The appeal is only worth it if you have nothing to hide.

MC008 usually ain't a soft one.

I got MC008s on my old accounts. Think the account's gone because it's a serious safety concern for eBay. Mine was due to high risk, 100% feedback, DSRs great, 10 year old account etc.
