Suspended Indefinitely
A few days ago, I got suspended from E-bay but I'm not sure why. I'm relatively a new member, like maybe for a week plus or so. I've never sold or listed anything and never had any intentions to do so, I've only been buying things and have paid them almost immediately (my Paypal confirmed the payments, all of them charged to my debit card) after I do.
I think it began with my Paypal account which was limited because of some suspicious activity they saw me doing, and like the same night my Ebay also got suspended. Paypal asked me for some info I can use to confirm my address and identity and I gave them a scan of my passport, driver's license for Photo ID and a utility bill for proof of address and this morning they lifted the limitations and any holds on existing transactions.
However, my E-bay account still is suspended with a MC999 and they still won't tell me the exact reason they suspended me and won't unsuspend me. I feel like I don't know what to do, because I still haven't received some of the stuff I ordered and paid for and this worries me a bit at the moment.
Did I buy too much stuff on E-Bay? I think I bought like 4-5 items in like a few days cos I got excited by some of the bargains. The customer service guy said he'll file a report or something to help me but I don't know, I'm not feeling too optimistic. Sad because E-bay sure has some good bargains on it. I wonder if I'll ever be able to buy off it again? Wish they would hear me out like Paypal did cos all the customer service guy could say was "strange business model". |
