should i try to get my account back
 

hi, im new to the forum and would like some advice please.

i was suspended from selling on my ebay account indefinitely for seller performance, i still can buy and still have my paypal account i have had my account for 4 years now and just started selling clothes new/used, am gutted as was really enjoying it.. i have phoned customer services and just got some foreign lady saying she was sorry and i could appeal. i have sent a couple of email asking for my account back and telling them i have realised the error of my way and would like to solve it but have had no reply.
i am desperate to get back on ebay as soon as possible so have bought the stealth book, applied for new bank accounts and just waiting for my cards to arrive so i can set up my new accounts, in the mean while i was wondering if i should call customer services again to try get my account back and wondered if anybody has ever had there account given back to them.

p.s the sleath book is amazing really helped me and would recommend it to anyone who has been supended from ebay.

Welcome to the forums - since you have the guide that's a good start. In your shoes, if you have time, I would push on this old account but at the same time, create 2-3 new ones and begin building. All the best.

Problem with eb is that reinstatement hopes are pretty low but never say never...

thanks for the advice. Will continue my love hate relationship with ebay and carry on creating accounts and also try to recover my old account at the same time

Never give up and always have a back up plan.

Try to get it back and if it does not work out you have already put yourself in a good position of having backups ready to go.
