Paypal question
 

I opened a ebay account using my cousin's address. We live in the same state and we both have the same last name. Then I opened a new paypal account matching the information with this ebay account. Here is my question.;

If one day paypal limits my account and asks me to fax the driving license, utility bill to prove where I live, can I simply tell them that I just live there and pay rent and the utility bill is not under my name?

Should I open a new bank account with my cousin's address? So at least I can have something to prove to paypal that I do live the

Yeah thats a good excuse to use, I say all my other bills are electronic, and I misplaced my license.
