Complication with Paypal/Ebay... Help...

Ok got a few questions regarding my complicated situation...

My ebay selling account (SA) was suspended 1 week ago, my paypal account (OldPPA) was linked to it and was closed yesterday. While my SA was still active, I also had a buying account (BA) where I used it strictly for buying. The BA is still active, and it was also linked to the closed OldPPA. I also used the BA to sell stuff a few days before my OldPPA was closed. Right now I still have a few things I need to pay for on the BA that I need to use Paypal for.

This is in chronological order:
1) Ebay SA got suspended for trademark violation, OldPPA was linked to it. SA was suspended 1 week ago.
2) Started to use my ebay BA to sell, also was linked to OldPPA. Sold stuff for 3 days. BA still active.
3) Paypal closed my account and locked my funds. Cannot be appealed. Occured yesterday.
4) Still selling using the ebay BA, but accepts only Money Order/Cashier's check.
5) Got things I need to pay other sellers using Paypal.

The Questions:
1) If I open a new paypal account (under a different ip, different names), how can I pay my sellers under my BA using this new paypal account? Without any detection that will relate my BA and Old PPA to my new paypal account.
2) If I use a friend's paypal account to pay, is that okay? Will my friend's paypal account be in jeopardy?
3) Using the new paypal account, can I use it to receive payments from buyers that are buying from my BA? (By adding the BA's email address to this new paypal account). Will there be any relations to my OldPPA?

Keep in mind that both the BA and SA were used under the same ip address before and linked to the same OldPPA. The thing that concerns me is somehow Paypal will find out that my new paypal account is being used in relation to my OldPPA. I know it's possible for this BA to be suspended soon, but I just need to pay for the items before it does.

I think I am confusing myself.....

I also read it in other threads that as long as you complete everything in Paypal, there shouldn't be a problem. But then again, they didn't have their paypal account closed to begin with.

So what do you guys think of this solution with my new paypal account:
1) For buying, go to "Send Money">>"Pay for ebay items">>"Add account">>Adding my buying account to it>>Pay for items.
2) For selling, add a new email address under "Profile".

Will that work? Again, keep in mind this is a new Paypal account that I do not want any association with the old one that have just closed.

You can pay your eBay balance using any Paypal account. Simply select to make a 'one time payment', via seller tools and enter the amount you want to pay and enter your details of your Paypal account. Easy stuff and you won't link accounts.
