My IP does not change completely everytimes. Is that OK to use?
 

well, I just 've got the dial-up internet as suggested. However, everytime I connected, only the last set of number was changed. The other stay the same.
Here's the IP list of my recent connection:
121.237.158.137
121.237.158.342
121.237.158.64
121.237.158.753
121.237.158.12

Only the last set of numbers change. The other stay the same. Are those still safe to use with different accounts (after clearing all the cookies)?

Apart from being s l o w, dial-up is that extra layer of protection to be stealth.

My IP address only changes the last four digits, and I've always thought that if they do a manual review they could link you back to a suspended account if the IP range is similar along with other things.

I don't think they'll review it manually since eBay has millions users. But if they just match the first 3 sets of numbers. I guess I'm out of luck.
