Live in TURKEY and Suspended About
 

Hi,
I am new member and very nice forums.I’m live in the TURKEY.My eBay account suspended and I open different name new eBay account.But,I don’t open seller account.Because,I need different name under virtual card.Where can I find virtual card web site?By the way,The new open PayPal account necessary?I will changed my PayPal account e-mail address.
(I changed IP address,new e-mail,new ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address,new telephone number):)
(I didn’t open new card number and paypal not linked to ebay):confused:
