Two ebay suspensions
 

Hello.
On April 2011 my real account was suspended due to selling vero.
The suspension was for one year.
Back then I didn't realize how much I need a real account, so I didn't pay the fees which were 85 GBP if I am not mistaken. I have received a second suspension. The Pay Pal account is intact.
Now I have decided that I need this account for buying. The email from e bay said that I will get my account reinstated by paying my fees. But, I also had the other suspension for vero, until April 2012.
I called them now, and the Representative said that the only suspension on my account currently is for not paying fees. I asked a few times about the other suspension, and she always claimed that my account has no other suspensions.
So, can I count on their word now and just pay my fees, or is it just a trick to make me pay the fees?
It is strange that a one year suspension is just gone. Then everyone who gets suspended should not pay his fees for a month, then pay them and get his account reinstated instantly? That's too odd.

I hope somebody has an explanation for this "mystery".

I had the exact same thing happen, except they suspended mine indefinitely and limited my paypal ,they didnt limit my paypal till i after i sent them 2 or 3 letters a day cussing them and telling them whats wrong with them lol. Every time i had contact with a represenative that told me tghat was the only thing on the account it was a collections person, they will tell you whatever they will think will work to get you to pay it, they kept telling me it was that one issue and i knew it wasnt, they tried to tell me it was only because i didnt pay my fees, well my payments were automatic, my fees were already pending and when i cussed them they limited my account the transaction went through into paypal but paypal denied payment to ebay because they limited my account which i thought was pretty funny. after sending a message telling them they shot their self in the foot and im not going to pay their fees when i already have more than that amount that they are holding in paypal the guy came clean and said there was a non billing issue he was forwarding to that department and they will contact me, i pretty much arent doing anything unless they reinstate my acc and un limit my account, ive been suspended indefinitely before just have to be persistent.if you cant do that just make a **** account using your middle name instead of your first and get a usps po box and dont do anything stupid with it
