Will an inactive EBAY account be shut down if no one logs in for a long time?
 

will ebay suspend or closed your ebay account if you don't log on your ebay account for a very long time. im talking about new accounts with 0 feedback

ps the title was mean to be 'what happends if an ebay account is inactive'

so its ok having 10 ebay accounts with no feedback and you don't need to log in for about a year yeh and still be ok?

id say so, i never heard of them shutting it down for being in active, but then again they'll probably say your abusing ebay, jokee.

My 21 accts were untouched from october last till november this year. The're fine. The only thing the didnt' recognize cookies etc. and also ebay did not allow me to sell right away and was redirecting to phone sms confirmation. Since most phones were expired I added phones to them as i logged in and then you're ready to sell and function fully

You get the "Log in or your account will be deleted" email after about 4 years of inactivity.

Ive gotten it a few times.

Best to log in at least once a month if not once every 2 weeks and bid/browse - I do this for my percolating accounts

Used be five years but they lowered the time.
