When I used to live with my sister and her account got suspended. Ebay linked out accounts and suspended my account as well since we had the same address. I had my account for 5 years with excellent feedback. Recently I moved, so I called Ebay to resolve this issue because I do not have the same address anymore, but they told me that there is nothing they can do since accounts were linked.

Is there any way to solve this or a way to prove to Ebay that we do not live at the same address or share any accounts?

if you have a new address and phone number, just make a new account. odds are you will have a different IP address. make sure to remove all cookies from your computer or just create a new user. and when making a paypal account, dont use the same bank account info.

simplest way to put it. you need to get a new account and you can still use your own info IMO. i would to start, then if it doesnt work then go 100% stealth.

Forget about those accounts.They are linked and in the blacklist. First of all look around the forums and get the stealth ebook.Its very helpful for people who are kicked of ebay unfairly .I wouldnt use the same info because you will definitely be linked with the previous accounts and then you will have to change the ip,new bank acc,new address
etc.Just use some nickname (Antonio Banderas-Anthony Deras ) use you recent address as its new and clear then open new paypal and ebay account with same details but use new credit and debit card different from your old accounts and you are ready to go.
