iPod email checking

Would they know my suspended IP if I check email, using my iPod touch? I have disabled the "Load Remote Images", just wonder will that still trigger any tracking bugs from the email?
Thanks! Any advice from this will be very appreciated.
It's much more convenient for me to check email on my device to know which items were sold.
